Fix anything, free, forever

Misspelled a name? Picked the wrong date? Want Heirloom instead of Midnight, or a heart instead of a circle? Re-open your design link and regenerate — every change and re-download is free, with no time limit and no count limit. A typo should cost you ten seconds, not a second purchase.

Full refund, 30 days

If you’d rather have your money back for any reason — or no reason — email hello@ourfirstsky.com within 30 days of purchase with the email or design link from your order. We refund in full to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days. You don’t need to explain, return anything, or delete anything.

Delivery failures

If your files don’t arrive within a few minutes of payment, that’s our failure, not yours: contact us and we’ll re-deliver immediately or refund you on the spot.
