Terms of Service

These terms keep things fair in both directions. Buying or downloading from OurFirstSky means you agree to them.

What you’re buying

A digital product: print-resolution PDF star maps and, with The Full Gift, a private hosted love page. Nothing physical ships. Files are typically delivered within about a minute of payment; if delivery ever fails, we fix it or refund you.

Your license

Personal use, unlimited: print your map as many times as you like, gift the prints, set it as a wallpaper. You may not resell the files or prints commercially or claim the artwork as your own product.

Accuracy

Charts are computed from real astronomical catalogs and verified against the U.S. Naval Observatory ephemeris — see how we verify. They are decorative artwork built on real astronomy, not a navigation or scientific instrument.

Love pages

You’re responsible for the content you upload (photos, letters). Don’t upload anything unlawful or that isn’t yours to share. We host love pages indefinitely as a courtesy and will give 90 days’ email notice before that ever changes.

Refunds

Perfect or refunded: unlimited free regenerations forever, and a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Details on the refund policy page.
